Interview
Not a formal interview but a contingency hiring with powerpoint and drug swab test and document confirmation (pass the background and drug test and your hired ). Powerpoint presentations and video of tasks involved. No benefits just life insurance after 90 days and can become full time after 90 if they decide to keep you based on the 6point system. Call out is 1 points, taking break longer than 30 is another point , leaving early etc

Question 1
your availability 4 days a week, you need to prioritize one A and several Bs for 4 hours shifts and then weekends get 7 hour shifts
No interview at all, you go into the hiring center, take your drug test, fill out some preliminary paperwork, verify the building and schedule you want, your start date and that's it.
Not too bad pretty easy and straightforward, simple question surrounding handling and moving. Make sure you know basic safety rules as they will ask you, for example how do you carry heavy items.
Apply online, go to the on-site office for oral drug swab and ID picture. Start date is assigned once background check comes back. The actual start date will depend on how fast the check comes back but isn't normally delayed.
