I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Tucson, AZ) in Oct 2017
Interview
University Recruiting. Met them at the career fair, they reached out to me. Had an interview on campus a few weeks later. One on the phone with a representative and one in person with a recruiter. Took over 2 hours.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Asked me hypothetical questions about situations in the job and how I would respond. The questions snowballed after each answer, making it more difficult and confusing whether or not my answers were correct.
Star Method and Leadership Principles. Just study these from the materials they give you, and form a story for each principle, and when they ask questions, you can see which principle they are asking about.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you faced a conflict or disagreement at work and how did you handle it?"
Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.
