Interview
After completing a super easy online assessment, a recruiter contacted me for a role as New Accounts Manager based in Italy. She was extremely rude, didn't even care about my answer and it looks like she was a voicemail. Same tone of voice commenting my answers with "yeah" and not able to respond to my questions.
I will never apply for this company again. Actually, my reputation of the company went down so much as she was extremely rude, incompetent and not prepared at all to do a job like that.
Versant was the first round, from what I remember. Then it was a face to face round of interview with a senior manager. He asked about previous retail experiences, questions about how to keep a customer happy and retian the customer.

They asked about my worst retail shopping experience and how it could have been better
Great management, it was a walk in drive and the HR team was able to manage everything well. Enjoyed the process.

fairly easy. phone then hiring manager. took a few weeks to hear back and didn’t get the job unfortunately. i will keep trying! amazon is a great company and i think i just need a bit more experience.
