Applied after On-Campus recruitment visit. Numerical test online passed. Interviewed on Campus, Round 1 and 2 are on consecutive days, you find out whether you passed Round 1 on the same day. In Round 2 they said we would find out in 24 hs. We got a reply after 4 weeks. "No feedback due to company policy".

Online assessment > Phone call interview (initial screening) w S. HR > 2 - 30 min interview with Ops Managers (STAR format & Behavioral Questions). The difficulty was getting stories aligned and practiced. But overall a good interviewing experience with the managers once the formalities (asking typical questions), we moved into a seamless conversation on life and getting into their own experiences working at Amazon (pros, cons, and expectations).
