Interview
No real interview. Was a group setting and watching a video. They told us the test and the questions we answered online was our actual interview. We then gave our proof of identification and they took our pictures for our badge. After that sent us to another room for the drug test which was just a cheek swab. Was informed via email 3 days later that I got the job.

Question 1
Took two brief tests online. Answered a lot of general questions. Whole process was very easy. Everything was through email. After the test just waited for email to tell what next step would be.
No interview at all, you go into the hiring center, take your drug test, fill out some preliminary paperwork, verify the building and schedule you want, your start date and that's it.
Not too bad pretty easy and straightforward, simple question surrounding handling and moving. Make sure you know basic safety rules as they will ask you, for example how do you carry heavy items.
Apply online, go to the on-site office for oral drug swab and ID picture. Start date is assigned once background check comes back. The actual start date will depend on how fast the check comes back but isn't normally delayed.
