I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon (Dallas, TX)
Interview
Very fast response time. Two hour-long in person interviews. All behavioral based questions and one case study scenario that's pretty simple and customer experience oriented.
If you just come prepared with stories to tell you'll probably be fine, also one of the recruiters holds an online informational before your interview and literally tells you what they want to hear (which is kinda weird)
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about a time you failed...
Tell me about a time you had to deal with conflict...
etc
etc
Star Method and Leadership Principles. Just study these from the materials they give you, and form a story for each principle, and when they ask questions, you can see which principle they are asking about.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you faced a conflict or disagreement at work and how did you handle it?"
Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.
