Online Application via Glassdoor. 1 hour telephone technical interview on linux, Windows, Mac
Face to face interview with 4 different people including 3managers, 1 team member.
The interviewers were very friendly, accommodating, easy going.

Question 1
Technical phone interview questions consisted of troubleshooting scenarios, technical abbreviations, basic linux commands.
3 out of 4 face to face interviewers asked questions only based on behavioural questions. No technical questions at all.
You can use same examples for different questions.
1 of the interview was with AV manager on basic AV questions.
What is pixels?
Difference between stereo and digital sound?
What will you check when there is an echo when speaker talks?
Video input cables.
They ask a lot of technical trivia questions that have nothing to do with the job. They like hearing stories about how you raised the bar and/or made your prior job better. Be familiar with the STAR method.
Panel interview with 4 people. One hour with each interviewer who will ask 2 to 4 questions based on leadership principles related to the job role you are applying for.
first starts with a phone screening.
then if they pass you on you would meet with three individuals for about an hour each. Some of them might be in the area you are applying others might just be a manager from a different ORG.
