3 rounds - Business Analyst, Hiring Manager, Senior Business Analyst
On-site:
6 rounds - 4 senior managers, Hiring Manager, Head of Ops
Technical, behavioural/competency and business related questions. I did not find any irrelevant questions, most questions centred around personal drive/motivation, core skills, understanding of the business, team fit and country fit.

Contacted by recruiter to apply through linkedin. Did a psychological test and on same day rejected by email. It was a test on a computer, maybe ten to thirty minutes to fill it out.
First was an online screnning, and then straight to final round. All behav with questions around leadership principles. Final round was two back to back interviews. Very conversational, and team members were friendly. Head back within a week.
