Interview
Primero un proceso online, en el que tienes que hacer varias pruebas y grabarte contestando unas preguntas. A mi en especifico me toco hacer una prueba ene excel.
Después tuve un par de entrevistas con recursos humanos y dos managers.
La entrevistas duraron 30-45 mins cada una y bastante cercanas. Te preguntan sobre ti, ejemplos de tu vida profesional donde hayas tenido que resolver problemas, discutir algo con un compañero, etc.
After the online personality test (assessment), the process was rather easy consisting of one behavioral interview where the interviewer asked me questions about my experience and how I connect them to Amazons leadership principles. In the technical part, I was given a brief business case and asked to solve and present, was rather easy and time was enough. I was hired afterwards.
the first step was an OA. the second step were two online meetings including livecoding and technical questions. the questions were morr about my projects, not necessery technical questions about oop etc.

Interview
I had two interviews, both went well. Had a couple of behavioral questions and one algo problem to solve in each interview. Also in the second one a couple of questions about the usage of GenAI.
