Interview
I was offered a phone interview, via a web link to Amazon's Chime conferencing application. The Interview process was simple and Easy. Due to covid 19 situation the interview was scheduled via VC & Phone call. The whole interview process took around +3 weeks. I have attended 2 VC and 1 phone call to complete the interview process. Finally received a email from Amazon recruiter for role confirmation.

About existing role and responsibilities and other technical questions which are related to network and servers.
They ask a lot of technical trivia questions that have nothing to do with the job. They like hearing stories about how you raised the bar and/or made your prior job better. Be familiar with the STAR method.
Panel interview with 4 people. One hour with each interviewer who will ask 2 to 4 questions based on leadership principles related to the job role you are applying for.
first starts with a phone screening.
then if they pass you on you would meet with three individuals for about an hour each. Some of them might be in the area you are applying others might just be a manager from a different ORG.
