I applied in-person. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Amazon (Londres, Inglaterra) in Mar 2017
Interview
Very long, over two months, multiple visits, multiple sites, full day of repeating questions around 'leadership' principles to validate past performance. It's more like a lie detector process of cross checking then an actual interview. Some of the interviewers hostile. The process very procedural rather than human.
Versant was the first round, from what I remember. Then it was a face to face round of interview with a senior manager. He asked about previous retail experiences, questions about how to keep a customer happy and retian the customer.

I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon (Hyderabad) in Jun 2026
Interview
The interview included two questions: Tell me about yourself and a one-minute JAM topic, assessing communication skills, confidence, clarity, overall presentation and basic speaking ability throughout the interview process effectively..
Great management, it was a walk in drive and the HR team was able to manage everything well. Enjoyed the process.
All the best to everyone going for the interview.
