The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Amazon
Interview
Firstly, the process in LONG! It took about ~3 Months from the first conversation to me receiving the offer.
There were two phone screens. First by someone who did a similar role (but maybe at a higher level than the role I was applying for). 80% Behavioural question 20% Tech questions.
Second phone screen was by the hiring manager for the role. 100% behavioural questions here.
Around 2 weeks went by and I hadn’t heard anything so I figured i’d been unsuccessful. Then one day I received a message from the recruiter saying I’d made it through to the Loop stage.
My loop was 5 x 1 Hour interviews with potential peers at AWS. It was tough/draining at the time, but looking back now I can say it was an enjoyable experience (although I wouldn’t do it again in a hurry!).
Around a week later I got a a message from the recruiter asking to set up a call to discuss the next steps and they give me the good news!

Interview
Although I didn't pass the interview, I had a positive overall experience. The interview process was well organized, and the instructions were clear and informative. I appreciated the transparency throughout the process, which helped me prepare effectively for the interview.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Amazon (Seattle, WA) in Apr 2026
Interview
You do 4 back to back interview in 1 day. It was exhausting. Besides that really appreciated the recruiter giving out interview prep before it takes place. The good thing is there is no coding round.
