I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Amazon
Interview
The interview process for me was pretty simple. Got a call from a recruiter to schedule a phone interview, had the phone interview and scheduled my on site interview and then had the on site which is a group process and you have rounds of 30 min interviews with different employees. Didn't get the offer, but no one from College did so not sure what they were looking for

Question 1
Math question which was a flow question, not that difficult once you work through it but don't rush
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.
I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon (Stamford, CT)
Interview
Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.

Question 1
Conflict between coworkers, how would you approach resolving?
All virtual. STAR interview questions (situation task action result). Think of examples of tough situations you had to deal with. I think I had 2 or 3 interviews before I got an offer. Pretty smooth process overall.
