I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Amazon (Londres, Inglaterra) in Nov 2020
Interview
3 stages of interview. Initial introductory and more to know experience. 2nd Stage, START technique interview. 3rd One whole day competency and practical assignment.
Completed all the stages successfully and provided full assignment and solution, however the feedback I got that I was not technical enough. It was really surprising that through all 3 stages in the end I have told that I am not technical enough. Also, the job specification clearly mentioned that no AWS experience required. Even then I provided my solution on AWS. Really disappointed. Please don't make candidates waste 3 days if there is no passion to hire and bring bright individuals.
