This will help drive next steps. To learn more about Amazon’s Field HR team, please explore this video of HR in the Field. Why are you interested in exploring new opportunities at this time, and why Amazon specifically Do you have a bachelor’s degree? If yes, from what school? Do you need, or will you need in the future, any immigration-related support or sponsorship from Amazon in order to begin or continue employment? If yes, please indicate your current U.S. immigration status/visa & type of sponsorship required. What are you preferred locations? Are you open to relocating? If yes, what states/areas are you interested in? We offer full relocation benefits! Have you previously interviewed with or worked for Amazon and/or its subsidiaries in the past? If yes, please provide us with the most recent date(s) of your employment Do you have previous work experience in a distribution/manufacturing/retail/call center environment? Amazon Operations & Distribution is a 24/7 environment. Our HR team is required to be flexible to support work hours that are not traditional. That could include rotating an early day shift to a swing shift and also nights and weekends on occasion. Are you able to commit to this requirement? What is your total compensation expectations? (Please do not share your current salary/total compensation package). What is the largest number of total employees you have provided HR support to at one time? What company was this with? What is the largest number of HR staff have you directly supervised? What company was this with? Please provide me with an example of using metrics or data to identify a need for improvement, and utilizing that data to influence change.
