J'ai passé 2 entretien pour un poste basé à Paris:
1) Entretien en anglais avec une dame en Allemagne. Entretien RH basique avec des questions sur mon CV et 2 question liées à l'Amazon Leadership Principles. Gentille dame qui m'a donné des conseils pour l'entretien suivant.
2) Entretien avec le manager de Paris. Questions seulement sur Amazon Leadership Principles.
Mes impressions: entretiens impersonnels, on essayer simplement de savoir si le candidat entrera dans le mode de pensée d'Amazon. Un peu comme une machine qui doit faire son travail sans penser.

Financial analyst intern, online assessment was based on leadership principles, look at the website for these. Excel and SQL. Probability and analytic skills. Choosing the best reply in different scenarios etc.

Interview
Straightforward process:
1. introduction 2. Why Amazon? Why ads? + three somewhat complex BQ questions 4. a short case study 5. My turn to ask questions.
Prepare your BQ really good and go learn the LPs cuz I definitely failed that part and was confused by myself during the storytelling.
