Lengthy process. Even if your initial interview goes well you are at the mercy of the interviewer (usually) who enters your responses into a computer.
Generally if you are applying online you have little to no chance being called. You need to be referred.
They deep dive into questions so be prepared for your questions and be succinct in your responses using the STAR method.
