The Panel/loop interviews are intense, but all interviewers were friendly, interested in my story and did their best to make me comfortable. The questions are behavioural based, but also very conversational. The deep diving and probing everyone warned me about is really just an opportunity to showcase your reasoning and ability to reflect on past performance and delivery. Only downside is that it's possible you're interviewing for a role that's already being offered to someone else.
