Interview
I was reached out by HR followed by first phone screen round which consisted of BQ and two basic SQL question. Not sure how Amazon interviewers expect the answer to be. I answered well but even then was rejected. The same had happened to me earlier with Amazon. If they want to reject most of the time then why they had to schedule a meeting. There was no scope of technical questions. They mostly concentrate on BQ i.e the leadership principles.

Communication after the interview was poor; the recruiter did not respond to follow-up emails, and an automated rejection notice was sent two days later.
