Si passa poi ad un secondo colloquio telefonico che, se è superato con successo, permette di accedere al panel, ovvero una serie di colloqui da fare in giornata con i responsabili delle aree con cui andrai ad interfacciarti nella posizione lavorativa per la quale ti stai candidando.
Phone interview followed by 5 person loop interview. Initial CV submission the psychometric screening followed by HR phone call then engineering manager call. The 5 person interview was tiring, but mind stimulating

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Arlington, VA) in Mar 2025
Interview
Firstly, recruiter email me to fill out one form mostly regarding required work authorisation and basic information.
Then she send me link to complete online assessment. I really like OA which is comparatively easy.
After completing, OA recruiter schedule First Phone screen interview mostly on technical behavior type questions.
Then after penal interview round where 4 interview with different people. Two are behavior round and 1 is again technical behavior round and one domain knows round.
