Interview
This interview was for a "financial analyst" position in Prague which is a poor cover-up name for a B2B customer support position. I gave it a shot expecting a salary of at least 1800 euros net. I got an offer which amounted to 1550 euros gross per month (1162 euros net) which even in Prague barely covers up the cost of living (count 400 for a studio and 400 for food). Interviewers were nice and questions were fair but that will not make up for such a low salary. I was quite surprised because most of the time Amazon pays quite well.

Financial analyst intern, online assessment was based on leadership principles, look at the website for these. Excel and SQL. Probability and analytic skills. Choosing the best reply in different scenarios etc.

Straightforward process:
1. introduction 2. Why Amazon? Why ads? + three somewhat complex BQ questions 4. a short case study 5. My turn to ask questions.
Prepare your BQ really good and go learn the LPs cuz I definitely failed that part and was confused by myself during the storytelling.
