I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon in Apr 2022
Interview
Getting the first (phone) round scheduled seemed to take an unbelievably long time. I finally met with an executive assistant via phone and had to answer the typical "Tell me about a time..." questions. I didn't get to show much of my personality or detail my career goals.
I honestly couldn't gauge from the interviewer's reaction how I performed during the call. The next day, I received a rejection email with canned language that states Amazon maintains a policy of not sharing feedback.

Screening call, five ‘loop’ interviews & HM chat. Loop based on Amazon leadership principles & STAR interview format. You receive plenty of information on how to prepare for the interviews which are back to back and 1 hour each

Question 1
Tell me about a time something went wrong, what were you doing, how did you deal with it…
Very intense. 2 phone screens and 4 45 minute interviews, known as the loop. The recruiter prepared me with much detail about what to expect. If you prepare, you’ll be fine.
