I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Calgary, AB) in Apr 2021
Interview
Rigorous. Several layers of interviews all predicated around their leadership principles. The last day is a full day of interviews with several different people and only 1 or 2 breaks. They seemed unprepared TBH. Many of the interviewers ask the same questions, and I am not sure that they were supposed to. I found some of the sales professionals (that interview you) to be hostile as well. Almost as if they do not want you to get the job.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you were trying to understand a complex problem on your team and you had to dig into the details to figure it out. Who did you talk with or where did you have to look to find the most valuable information? How did you use that information to help solve the problem?
I got contacted by a recruiter and then one interview with the hiring manager! That was really it because they were rushing to place someone, super quick and took about 2 weeks total.
I only got through to the first stage, where my experience didn't quite match what they were looking for. The next stage was a meeting with someone from their Sales department, and then there is a take-home task, followed by review and further interviews with more senior staff.
