There were four rounds mostly concentrated around leadership principles. The entire process stitches to one month or more because the gaps between rounds maybe range from few days to even couple of weeks.
All the questions try to explore the leadership principles around your previous work experience is situation and how you overcome or managed to tackle those situations

Describe a situation from your work experience where you went beyond your scope and worked to enhance customer experience
Versant was the first round, from what I remember. Then it was a face to face round of interview with a senior manager. He asked about previous retail experiences, questions about how to keep a customer happy and retian the customer.

They asked about my worst retail shopping experience and how it could have been better
Great management, it was a walk in drive and the HR team was able to manage everything well. Enjoyed the process.

fairly easy. phone then hiring manager. took a few weeks to hear back and didn’t get the job unfortunately. i will keep trying! amazon is a great company and i think i just need a bit more experience.
