Interview
The process is divided in three main steps:
1) the screening call with the recruiter
2) the interview with the hiring manager
3) the panel - 5 interviews with 5 different Amazonians, in the same day

Question 1
All the questions were based on the 16 Leadership Principles. Especially before the panel, it is crucial to prepare 2/3 professional stories (based of course on your experience) for every LP. Every interviewer usually asks about 2 LP.
Versant was the first round, from what I remember. Then it was a face to face round of interview with a senior manager. He asked about previous retail experiences, questions about how to keep a customer happy and retian the customer.

They asked about my worst retail shopping experience and how it could have been better
Great management, it was a walk in drive and the HR team was able to manage everything well. Enjoyed the process.

fairly easy. phone then hiring manager. took a few weeks to hear back and didn’t get the job unfortunately. i will keep trying! amazon is a great company and i think i just need a bit more experience.
