The first round is Versant test, Followed by voice test and If you have cleared those round then final round is Hr round. If you got selected , then you will receive the Offer letter.
Versant was the first round, from what I remember. Then it was a face to face round of interview with a senior manager. He asked about previous retail experiences, questions about how to keep a customer happy and retian the customer.

fairly easy. phone then hiring manager. took a few weeks to hear back and didn’t get the job unfortunately. i will keep trying! amazon is a great company and i think i just need a bit more experience.
