The worst interview experience so far.
The interviewer was late for the interview, showing absolutely no interest of your work and experience. Understood that he wanted to focus on competency questions, but he asked my company name after several questions (means he didn't listen to my self intro + previous answers at all)
Rude and disrespectful.

Versant was the first round, from what I remember. Then it was a face to face round of interview with a senior manager. He asked about previous retail experiences, questions about how to keep a customer happy and retian the customer.

They asked about my worst retail shopping experience and how it could have been better
Great management, it was a walk in drive and the HR team was able to manage everything well. Enjoyed the process.

fairly easy. phone then hiring manager. took a few weeks to hear back and didn’t get the job unfortunately. i will keep trying! amazon is a great company and i think i just need a bit more experience.
