It's a standard interview starting with normal interview with talent acquisition team, then the test which includes Aptitude and Versant test, Then an HR/Ops interview. The test could be a bit lengthy so be prepared.

Versant was the first round, from what I remember. Then it was a face to face round of interview with a senior manager. He asked about previous retail experiences, questions about how to keep a customer happy and retian the customer.
