2 interviews totaling 1 hour and 30 minutes long The interview is all behavioral. Make sure your answers incorporate/ can be tied back to their 16 leadership principles. My last question for both interviews was: "Why Amazon?"

Tell me about a time you had to deal with a difficult client / customer
Quite easy and straightforward - got fast tracked through MLT but still did all rounds. Process was very clear from start to finish. Got an offer and they were quite firm about salary.
