Interview
My experience with Amazon's interview process has been both insightful and professionally enriching.
After successfully completing the HR assessment test, I was extended an invitation for the final interview at Amazon. The process included two rigorous interviews in a single day, focusing on the company's esteemed leadership principles. Utilizing the STAR method, I diligently prepared and engaged in meaningful discussions during the interviews, leaving with a sense of accomplishment.
Following the final interview, I was eagerly anticipating a subsequent call with my prospective team manager. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen stress and oversight, I missed the scheduled call. I promptly communicated the situation to the recruiter, expressing my regret and providing context for the missed appointment.
Despite several attempts to follow up with the recruiter via email in the subsequent month, I have yet to receive a response or any update on the status of my application.
While my overall experience with Amazon's interview process was positive, the lack of communication regarding the missed call and subsequent silence from the recruiting team has left me feeling uncertain about the outcome of my application.
I remain hopeful for a resolution and appreciate any insights or updates from Amazon's recruiting team.
