I applied through other source. I interviewed at Amazon (Londres, Inglaterra) in Jan 2022
Interview
I arrived at Amazon's office, taken aback by its contemporary style. My interviewer greeted me warmly, easing any nerves. We delved into the program manager role, exploring its challenges and the impact I could make. I confidently shared my experiences and vision, finding a deep alignment with Amazon's objectives. The conversation was transparent and engaging, leaving me optimistic about my potential to contribute and grow within the company.
The process took a very long time and after 4 rounds of interviwes I got only an auto rejection email. The company check only the Leadership principles, and it looks like they don't have an interest in smth else. Anyway people were nice, the case study was interesting as well.

Did a test task and was called by HR almost immediately for the next round. But salary range (full packet with stock and benefits) and return to office policy did nit much my expectations
very standard. the interviewers had a set of questions to ask about the LPs so we can anticipate beforehand. But I think I got ghosted in the end. One of the interviewers told me about the 2 & 5 rule but its been more than 2 weeks since my last interview and still no response from anyone so idk what happened.
