Interview
2, 30 minute same day interview sessions asking simple behavior questions, as well as specific questions about certain Amazon leadership principles which they tell you about beforehand. The 1st interviewer would usually be someone working the position you applied for while the 2nd interview would be from another position.

Tell me about a time a team member was struggling to fit in or keep up and what you did to help out.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.

STAR method is a must. very results focused so add what you contributed. had 3 back to back interviews that were quick and they spent most of the time reading and taking notes
