Phone interview then in office interview at a warehouse. The questions were very straightforward and a lot about my impressions of the tour of the warehouse (what could be improved, what were they doing well, etc). Don't dress up for them, they told us no open toed shoes or ties but, ladies, you cannot wear close toed heels either.

Based on your tour of our warehouse, what is something that we can improve upon.
Financial analyst intern, online assessment was based on leadership principles, look at the website for these. Excel and SQL. Probability and analytic skills. Choosing the best reply in different scenarios etc.

Straightforward process:
1. introduction 2. Why Amazon? Why ads? + three somewhat complex BQ questions 4. a short case study 5. My turn to ask questions.
Prepare your BQ really good and go learn the LPs cuz I definitely failed that part and was confused by myself during the storytelling.
