Interview
First step: assessment with questions related the job in the application
Second step: 2 interviews, made in the same day by 2 different people, usually one is a case study related to the job you applied for and the second is more of an attitudinal test in which is important to refer to the leadership principles.

- Describe a time you had a problem during a project and how you solved it
- Describe a success you had
- Describe a time you had negative feedback and what did you do
Quite easy and straightforward - got fast tracked through MLT but still did all rounds. Process was very clear from start to finish. Got an offer and they were quite firm about salary.
