Amazon SR. Human Resources Assistant interview questions

I exchanged emails with recruiters and they referenced a phone interview, but that did not happen, then 2 back to back virtual interviews with an HR Manager and and Operations Manager. I never interviewed with my direct manager.

After application, I was sent an extensive list of technical questions to answer. I answered each question and returned the list, to which I was met with a phone interview request. Was passed off between about 3-4 people during the entire process. I was also given an extensive list of behavioral questions to prepare for my phone interview as well as Amazon's Leadership Principles. Personally, I spent numerous days preparing for this interview. Waited about a week for a phone interview--standard practice. However, the person interviewing missed our first meeting and we rescheduled.
