Amazon Software Engineer - Front End interview questions

the interview process is the classic fang one, data structures, algorithms and common computer science fundamentals, 1 phase is phone interview, phase 2 in person white board and that is where I failed, no offer for me

One of the best hiring I’ve ever seen, but not easy. I had to do an initial timed coding exercise with 2 tasks. It wasn’t super difficult, but it wasn’t easy either. The second interview was with one of their engineers, and he was looking for a well rounded general knowledge, not just front-end. He was also very helpful, and you could really tell he’s trying to get the best out of you. Unfortunately I was rusty in some of the topics we talked about, so I didn’t pass the second interview, but I’d love to try it again in the future. I think I was not far from passing, if I had prepared a bit more, probably would have passed.
