I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon (Tempe, AZ) in Dec 2021
Interview
The interview process is slightly complex but definitely manageable. I thought I answered the questions fine with 2/3 of the interviewers but apparently not. One interviewer asked if I could give him the “task” of the STAR method on one questions, so that wasn’t a good sign. The other two interviewers was nice and we had good rapport but I just felt as if they did not want to interview me. I also am a minority so I somewhat felt as If I applied in the wrong geographical location (Phoenix).

Question 1
I do not remember but they were listed on Glassdoor. Just remember to use STAR method and have good scenarios
Pretty straightforward in terms of applying STAR format to interview questions. Incorporate leadership principles into answers to best impress them. Be yourself, relax is key. Have some experiences prepared and mapped out to help guide you through the interview

Question 1

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon in Dec 2021
Interview
Applied online, completed online assessment, was contacted a week later by a Recruiter with a list of questions to reply to. Sent email back with answers, and she forward me to the coordinator to schedule the loop interview with an Area Operations Manager (Bar Raiser) and HRBP (Hiring Manager). Both interviewer questions were based entirely on the 14 leadership principles and you are expected to answer them based on previous work experiences and/or school experiences. The interviewers did not give any feedback during the interview, so don’t expect it. They stated that recruiting would get in touch with me in five days regardless of if an offer was presented or not. I heard back from recruiting two days after the interview by email asking to setup a phone call. The recruiter presented an offer over the phone and emailed me the offer to look over myself. I accepted the position and was set to start three weeks later. As long as you do your homework, think of specific examples before the interview, and speak with confidence you will get an offer. Good luck!
