1) Their hiring process typically takes one to three weeks. First phone interview with recruiter was great. Second interview, a video call, it was a technical interview. Only difficulty was time pressure. Everything was quite straight forward, bland and mechanical. Guess they manage to create a specification for that too. On an Agile era, had no idea Waterfall was well and alive.
