I applied through other source. I interviewed at Amazon
Interview
4 rounds of onsite interview. All questions were leetcode easy to medium and straightforward. In addition, they always asked questions about your resume and their leadership principles. Overall, it was a pretty streamline process however felt very inpersonal and just another cog in the wheel.
I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon in Sep 2022
Interview
I finished the online assessment and recieved the phone screen round interview. Cleared that interview but during this time they were just starting to pause hiring and I received an email saying that my application was still under consideration. No answer since it's been 5 months and all my active application have also been archived at this point.
They literally emailed me mid super day that i had been rejected. They also forgot to mention that the system design interview wasnt going to happen so i wasted a ton of time prepping for that. Overall 0/10 experience never interviewing for them again
