Two words - “Cult-Like”
They didn’t care to hear my opinion or way I would address situations. They want their cult-like robotic answers in STAR format only. Not a chance I would ever work for them.

Interview
Phone Screen, then virtual interview with 3-4 different people in different departments. The interviewers log in to the virtual room one after the other. Everyone was very nice and welcoming, except for the Warehouse Manager. He seemed bothered to seemingly have to be involved in the interview process.
