Interview
Experiencia poco humana. El entrevistador no te mira, mira hacia otro lado. Tenia un acento extranjero difícil de comprender y tuve que preguntar varias veces para que me repitiera preguntas.

Interview
Difficult. A lot of very specific questions. Answer with structure (STAR) or you’re toast. Interviewers are all very professional though and the recruiter gives you a ton of material to help prepare

Interview
I interviewed for a Marketing Manager position at Amazon. The process began with a call from the hiring manager, followed by a second conversation with a cross-functional team member I would be working closely with in that role. After that, I was invited to the loop interview.
You can choose to complete all loop interviews in one day or split them over two days. There are typically five interviewers, including a Bar Raiser, and each session lasts 45 minutes to an hour.
Based on advice from various forums, I prepared different stories for each interview to avoid repetition (I have 30 stories lol) and made sure each story tied directly to the job’s core responsibilities. I also backed up my examples with meaningful data and measurable impact, which I highly recommend to anyone interviewing at Amazon.
In the end, I was told that I passed the interview, but unfortunately, they couldn’t find the right team match for me. A bit of a bummer, but overall, it was a great experience and valuable practice for future opportunities!
