Amazon Project Manager interview questions

Very specific questions on how you will improve Amazon, the expectation is you will dig deep. The process varies a lot from interviewer to interviewer - some were less likely to probe deep into your thinking and would just want to understand your thinking process.

Applied for a Project Manager position back in May 2011. I heard back at the beginning of July through a phone interview. The following three weeks consisted of a phone interview every week and a in person interview. In my sixth week no word. Checked my job status still "under review." They say they should have filled the position a long time ago and in need of a person now but they don't demonstrate the urgency. Told I'd hear back in the next four weeks even though they had interviews scheduled the same day and would discuss the candidates that same day....not sure what to make of Amazon's hiring process.
