Application Online video interviev ( 9 questions) Interviev about Leadership princibles.( 3x30 , 2 question for each interview) They will send an e-mail about your statu i 5 days . I am waiting the result.

First was a phone call with the recruiter to understand my background and experiences as well as talk about the team I'm interviewing for. Second was an online assessment. The assessment really had nothing to do with the role, it was more to understand how you respond to different situations. Third was a 4 hour interview done one on one each hour with members of the team you'd be working with.
