Amazon Recruiter interview questions

I did 4 rounds of interviews and they never called me back to say I did or didn’t get the job, I had to chase them and they finally told me after 8 weeks that I did not get the job which I had already decided I wasn’t taking due to lack of communication

Pretty nice. Nice interviewers, Leadership principles based questions. If you follow STAR method to reply, it should be ok. The interviewers make you feel at ease. You have time to think about your answers if your need it. They don't pressure you.
