I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon in Feb 2021
Interview
The process overall took 3 weeks. First stage was a telephone interview with a team member and the final stage was a ‘loop’ interview that consisted of meeting 4 Amazon employees for 45 minutes each.
The telephone interview was fine, but the loop interview was exhausting. By the time it got to the 3rd meeting your brain feels like it has been fried! Although everyone I met was friendly.
Best advice I can give is to have really strong examples for the leadership principles and know these inside out following the STAR structure. They will probe on these. Sometimes the questions also became confusing so it is easy to lose track in your answer - there was about 4 questions within one question.

Question 1
Could you tell me about a time you have disagreed with your manager?
Well structured interview , 6 person has interviewed me. Questions tend to overlap., may time duplicated. 4 hour interview without break /rest room/ water was quite challenging. But all interlocutors were kind and available.

STAR questions, behaviroural questions. Manuel was provided before.
Basically you need to memorize the leadership principles and regurgitate them over and over again throughout the 10-12 interviews it takes to get an offer. Repeat: Memorize the leadership principles if you want a job here.
