Amazon Sale Manager interview questions

Took over 6 months. Very drawn out process that was a waste of time. Coordination was terrible and it’s seemed very disorganized. Overall, I was not impressed with their hiring process.

Many rounds of interviews with HR, managers, peers and others. Many incredibly detailed questions about prior experience, results, situations, etc. used the STAR method. Questions were based on alignment with Amazon principles
