1er call RH en Anglais, simple (pk postulez-vous ? Vos motivations ? Qu'avez vous compris du poste...)
2e call avec un Manager sur Business Case d'un magasin de sport à qui vous vendez les solutions Amazon. J'ai recu en amont un mail pour me preparer avec les objectifs et la structure du call. L'entretien se passe bien, aucune objection de mon interlocuteur qui ne parlait quasiment pas. Peu de challenge si ce n'est à la fin : Comment avez-vous perçu cet entretien ? Qu'auriez-vous fait de mieux ? Peu d'indication de sa part, il écoutait juste.

Interview
The first interview was an initial qualification and validation call with the recruitment department. Subsequent telephone interview with job peers (two separate calls, two different peers), followed by panel interviews in person (full day).

AWS Leadership questions were primary focus of interview. Seems to be an overriding interest in ensuring cultural and personality fit within the organisation (rather than aptitude for the role in question).

Submitted online -- 2 months later got a call from external recruiter -quick screen and then sent to hiring manager. Went onsite had number of interviews and did a presentation. Biggest beef was really I had no time to ask them anything about the role and per their policy have no feedback as to why I wasn't selected. It's fine but I think some feedback would be useful
