I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Amazon (Chicago, IL) in Mar 2021
Interview
The entire interview process went great from the moment they told me I had an interview all the way up until the interview was over! The Recruiting coordinators were very thourough in the instructions on what to expect in the interview, they mentioned great interview tips, and the interview itself was very personal. Both of my interviewers tried to make a connection with me and they preferred pauses for you to answer the question with high quality versus rushing the question. Interview questions were also very simple.
