Very disrespectful interview process.
I had previously interviewed and declined an offer back in 2022 and the process seems to have gotten more extensive since then.
I applied. Received screening questions from the HR. Had to take a 2 hour test, which I passed.
Took them more than 3 weeks to schedule the initial phone screen after expressing interest in interviewing me. Aced the phone screen after which I followed up 3 business days later and was told they wanted to do a super day with me but I had to wait 4 to 6 weeks for an interview date. It took them close to 4 weeks just to get me an interview date. They asked for a 1-2 page writing sample prior to the interview, which I submitted.
Interview was their standard 5 hour super day behavioral question based interview. 5 different interviewers. All respectful and mostly friendly. Not an easy process to go through though. Need a solid 15 stories to avoid repeating yourself.
The most disrespectful part of this interview is that after 2 months where I completed screening questions, a test, an initial phone interview, a writing sample and then a final 5 hour super day, I received an automated rejection where I was told they could not provide feedback. I called the HR and they told me they would call or email me back but never did.
I don't mind that I didn't get the job, but to go through all this work with no feedback is highly disrespectful to candidates. I understand legal complaints but a phone call or voicemail would have been appreciated. Strongly impacted my desire to work for them in the future.
