Interview
Was contacted by company recruiter and proposed to take part in hiring event. When accepted had some very basic phone call with the same recruiter to do a quick technical background review. After this was asked to complete online test on HackerRank. After passed it was contacted by logistics crew to arrange transfer to place where hiring event was going.
Overall interview on event took around 4 hours and was done by 4 different interviewers one after another.

The recruiter contacted me out of the blue over LinkedIn. After chatting with her over phone, I went ahead with the phone interview and then went on to On-Site interview. I did very bad in phone interview. So bad in fact that when I applied again to Amazon after 1.5 years through a friend, he told me that my interview performance was so bad that no hiring manager will ever consider me for SDE II position in Amazon

Interview
Two phone interviews, each requiring a computer with internet access and a phone of about 1 hour each. There was also a third, an HR call to setup the in person interview with some chit chat. Before doing the in person interview you need to sign an NDA about the interview.
